Ninja Creami Dole Whip

Ninja Creami Dole Whip is a tangy pineapple soft serve made from blended pineapple juice and coconut cream, then churned until scoopable and silky. This dairy-free pineapple frozen dessert creates the iconic bright yellow swirl with a quick re-spin if it freezes too firm.

Ingredients

Pineapple coconut base
  • 1 cup pineapple juice or crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 0.5 cup coconut cream or coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar or agave
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 salt pinch

Equipment

  • 1 Ninja Creami

Method

Blend the base
  1. Blend pineapple juice or crushed pineapple with coconut cream or coconut milk, sugar or agave, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and salt until completely smooth and no pineapple bits remain.
  2. Pour the blended mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container, level the top, and freeze for 24 hours.
Churn into soft serve
  1. Process the frozen pint on the Sorbet or Lite Ice Cream setting until thick, creamy, and swirlable.
  2. If the texture is too firm, add 1 tablespoon pineapple juice and re-spin until it loosens to a soft-serve consistency.
Serve with the signature swirl
  1. Transfer the pineapple soft serve to a piping bag and pipe into cups for the classic Dole Whip swirl, or serve directly from the pint.

Notes

For the smoothest pineapple soft serve, blend until completely smooth before freezing, and make sure the pint is tightly covered to prevent ice crystals. Store leftover Ninja Creami Dole Whip covered in the freezer up to 1 week; re-spin once more with 1 tablespoon pineapple juice if it stiffens. Freezing is required for this recipe; it’s best not to freeze again after serving. For a lower-sugar option, use agave and reduce to 1.5 tablespoons to keep the tangy flavor without a big sweetness spike.
